Sutton Stracke’s Bel Air House Renovation Update

Immediately after a lengthy renovation system, Sutton Stracke is finally virtually completely ready to transfer into her new Bel-Air residence. “The renovations are coming slowly, but I assume we’re coming to a head,” The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills solid member advised BravoTV.com this month. “[We] should be packing containers fairly before long.”

As ecstatic as Sutton is to begin residing in the $5.35 million dwelling, she’s not precisely enthused about the process of bringing her belongings there. “I am not excited to shift,” she admitted. “[But] I’m psyched to be in my new household, for absolutely sure.” 

Sutton declared her huge transfer in October 2020. “All packed up and prepared to go,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “Staying in LA just all around the corner…New dwelling, new experience!” The pursuing thirty day period, she showed building going on at the house in an Instagram Story and wrote, “Permit the demolition start off!” 

Although the house has been underneath construction, Sutton has been residing at Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s former Bel-Air dwelling. “I left my house and sold it, but my new residence needs a facelift,” Sutton shared on the show’s Could 19 episode. “So I started seeking for houses to lease and, ding dong, I believe, ‘Kyle’s house’ and Kyle just let me reside here, however I pay back lease.” ($20,000 for each month in lease, to be precise.)
