Garden District neighborhood group says four suspects identified in recent attacks


BATON ROUGE –  The Backyard District Civic Affiliation stated Friday, police explained to organizers detectives have at minimum four individuals determined as suspects in a sequence of muggings that rattled the usually silent community in excess of the previous few months.
