One of the most iconic houses in the town of Eau Claire just received a big experience lift.

Affectionately considered the “Turf House” or the “Fake Grass House” mainly because of its deliciously retro fixtures and proliferation of AstroTurf (inside and out), the property at 506 Margaret Avenue in Eau Claire’s Eastside Hill neighborhood was put up for sale in Oct 2019.

At the time, Volume A single posted the listing on social media, and reviews begun a-flyin’ from nearby individuals who had very long puzzled what the inside seemed like.

“That blue rest room! Loved it as a droid in Star Wars,” a person remark read.

“Something about this household provides me a B film Fantastic Gatsby vibe. Who would like to make a movie?” mentioned one more.

“That residence was so incredibly exceptional! I required to save so substantially,” Shane wrote to Volume A single. “But it was not sensible, (wasn’t) quite purposeful, and also it was 45 years previous.
